Every year Choice’s Procurement Services Team considers hundreds of potential partnerships with vendors from around the globe. Choice considers the following criteria for potential partnerships:
For your application to be considered, you hereby agree to pay the one-time application fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000) (“Application Fee”). You may submit payment of this fee by using the payment option [below]. The Application will be processed in the State of Maryland. The Application Fee is non-refundable, even if you are not selected as a Qualified Vendor or if you withdraw your application at any time. Furthermore, payment of the Application Fee does not in any way guarantee your admission as a Qualified Vendor. Your submission of the application and payment of the Application Fee is your acknowledgement of, and agreement to, the foregoing.
If approved as a qualified vendor, you are expected to comply with Choice’s Supplier Code of Conduct and the principles listed therein, which can be found here.
Please make sure to Copy your Receipt Number provided on the Payment Confirmation page. You will need that number in order to complete the next step.
The Qualified Vendor Online Application is very comprehensive - consisting of 9 pages and 140 fields. Due to its length, you can choose to either complete it in a single session or save your work to return to complete at a later date.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to evaluate your information. After we conclude our review process, we will notify you in writing of our decision.
