Edit Customer Relations Response Permissions

  1. From the Find User page, type the name of the User.

  2. Click Find matches.

  3. The User List displays, click the User Name that you want to work with.

  4. The User Info page displays, click Edit Customer Relations Response Permissions to assign permissions for this user.

  5. The Edit Customer Relations Response Permissions for user ____ will display..  Check the appropriate check boxes for the permissions you wish to grant to that user.

  6. Click Submit when finished.  

  7. The message Changes saved. Click on the User Name above to continue, will display.
