Add User

  1. On the application menu, click Add User.

  2. The Add User page displays.

 

Fields with an asterisk are required.

 

  1. Type the First Name of the User as you want it to be displayed (for example New User), press tab.

  2. Type the Last Name of the User as you want it to be displayed (for example New User), press tab.

 

If you have two employees with the exact same name User Administration will automatically create a different User Id for you.

 

  1. Type the Password for the user.  It must be at least 6 characters in length and contain at least 1 digit, press tab.

 

The password is case sensitive.

 

  1. Retype the Password in the Confirm Password field, press tab.

  2. The Language Preference defaults to English; to change, click the drop down button and click the language that you would like to be the default.

  3. Click the Add User button.

  4. The New User Successfully Created page displays with the New User information that you just entered.  Directly below in blue are links to each of the applications that you will need to set up permissions for.
