The Revenue and Occupancy Reporting home page displays every time you log into Revenue and Occupancy Reporting. This page provides an overview of the current missing Rev/Occ information by day and access to everything that you will need to update your Rev/Occ figures. Reporting these figures allows Choice to provide complimentary Smith Travel Area Research (STAR) reports to each hotel. You can use the STAR reports to compare your hotel's performance with some competitors in your area.
The black bar at the top right is called the Global Menu. You have three choices from this menu:
Home - by placing your mouse on the word Home and clicking you will return to the ChoiceCentral.com home page.
Sites - by placing your mouse on the word Sites a drop down menu will display listing all sites that you have access to: ChoiceHotels.com, ChoiceBuys.com and ChoicePrivileges.com.
Logout - by placing your mouse on the word Logout and clicking you will logout of this session of Revenue and Occupancy Reporting.
The red menu bar going across the top portion of the screen is the Application menu. From this menu you can select the function that you need to complete:
Submit Daily Revenue
View Reports
Performance Reports
Help
Below the Application menu you will see the property name and code for the property you are currently working with. Any past due Rev/Occ reporting dates will display in blue and you need to submit the figures for these dates.
